Coach José Ortiz is the founder and director of THE 10 — leading every aspect of the program’s player development philosophy. Holding UEFA B and USSF coaching licenses & the MBP Spain coaches’ game model, José has worked with youth, collegiate, and professional players, helping athletes improve technically, tactically, and mentally. His mission is to develop confident players, create meaningful pathways to the next level, and build an environment where every athlete is challenged to reach their full potential.
